CANCELLATION POLICY

CLARENCE COMMUNITY TRANSPORT

  • Cancellation at door/no show: 100% of fee is due.
  • Cancellation within 3 hours of service delivery: A minimum charge of 50% of the booking will be due.
  • If cancellation more than 24 hours prior to service delivery: No fee is due.


CLARENCE MEALS

  • No cancellation fees apply however we ask that you let us know about changes to your meal orders 24 hours in advance.


A2B TRANSPORT and AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Should you need to cancel your booking and are requesting a refund, please contact our Customer Care Officers for assistance on 02 6645 3200.

  • Cancellation at door/no show: No refund.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of service delivery: 50% of booking amount refunded.
  • Cancellation 2 days before service delivery: 80% of booking amount refunded.
  • Cancellation 3 days before service delivery: 90% of booking amount refunded.
  • Cancellation more than 3 days before service delivery: Full amount refunded.

NOTE: Refund via direct deposit/credit card.

*All refunds are at the discretion of Connect You Too (Connectu2).
